Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding service agreement. Project scope, timelines, deliverables, revisions and payment milestones are confirmed separately in writing.
Creative work and payment
Work begins after both parties accept the project scope and payment terms. Rights to final work and usage terms are defined in the agreed proposal.
